Pretending Not To Panic

Wind and solar energy installations are accelerating. In the next 25 years, 60% of new power generation facilities will be renewables, basically phasing out coal and gas. We’ll spend $12.2T to do it, but the long term picture is much more sustainable. The story will undoubtedly change because the technologies and power utilization are changing; but, they will probably accelerate the trend.
